Cookie Policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your cart, protect forms against abuse and — only with your permission — understand how the site is used and show relevant offers.
Strictly necessary cookies (always on)
is_session / is_csrf — keep you signed in to your account and protect it against cross-site requests. Expire when the session ends or after 30 days with “Keep me signed in”.
is_cart — the domains and hosting plans you have added before checkout. Expires after 7 days.
is_consent / is_cid — your cookie choices and an anonymous id that lets us honour them on your next visit. Expire after 12 months.
Payment pages use cookies set by our payment gateway (Razorpay) to complete a transaction securely; they are governed by Razorpay’s privacy policy.
Analytics cookies (optional)
With your consent we load Google Analytics to measure page views, popular products and where visitors come from. IP addresses are anonymised and the data is used only in aggregate. No analytics script or cookie is loaded until you allow it.
Marketing cookies (optional)
With your consent, advertising and remarketing tags may remember the products you looked at so the offers you see elsewhere are relevant. We do not sell personal data and you can withdraw this at any time.
Your record of consent
Each time you make a choice on the cookie banner we store the choice, the time, the version of this policy and an anonymous visitor id. This is the record of the consent you gave, and it lets you change or withdraw it later. If you are signed in, the record is linked to your account so you can ask us for a copy.
Changing your mind
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page to review or change your choices. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the banner will then ask you again.
