When you submit an enquiry, request a quotation, apply for a role or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, business email, phone number, company name and the nature of your requirement.

Our servers also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which we use in aggregate to keep the website reliable and secure.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, fulfil orders and licences, provide support and — where you have agreed — send relevant product and offer updates. We never sell your personal data.

Fulfilling software subscriptions (for example Microsoft CSP licences) requires sharing your organisation and tenant details with the relevant vendor. We share only what is necessary to provision and support the product you purchase.

Enquiry and order records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet statutory requirements under Indian law, including GST record-keeping. Data is stored on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections.
