IndianSoftwares.com is a brand of Mindware Infotech, New Delhi, an authorised reseller and technology partner for the software, hardware and service brands listed on this website.

Prices shown on the website are indicative, exclusive of GST unless stated, and subject to change in line with vendor pricing and exchange rates. A written quotation issued by our sales team is the binding offer, valid for the period stated on it.

Software is licensed, not sold, and is governed by the vendor end-user licence agreement or subscription terms. Subscription products renew as per the term selected at purchase; cancellations and reductions follow the vendor policies communicated at the time of order.

Cloud subscriptions are provisioned electronically, typically within one business day of payment confirmation. Hardware is shipped to the delivery address on the invoice. Support scope is defined in the quotation or AMC agreement.

IndianSoftwares is the service provider and seller for the domain, hosting, email, SSL and server products on this website; we operate them on infrastructure supplied by accredited upstream registrars and data-centre partners. Domain registrations are subject to the registry and ICANN policies for the extension, including the requirement to keep registrant contact details accurate.

Hosting, email and server services renew at the end of the term you selected unless auto-renew is off or you cancel from your account. Use of these services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Microsoft, Adobe, Cisco, Zebra and all other product names, logos and brands are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
