Enrol, get introduced, get paid through the platform

Enrol
Create your profile in the customer portal and pay the one-time fee — ₹1,200 + GST for freelancers and employers, ₹1,800 + GST for internships.

Get introduced
Employers browse profiles and write to members. Every message is relayed from gm@indiansoftwares.com; nobody sees anybody else’s email.

Agree a contract
Scope, basis (hourly, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or fixed) and amount, recorded on the platform.

Pay through the platform
The employer funds the contract (+3%); when the work is complete the freelancer is paid out (−3%). GST invoices for everything.
One-time platform fee
Pay once to join — no subscription
Paid through the payment gateway to the Mindware account. GST invoice emailed on payment.
Freelancer
Professionals offering their services hourly, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
