Refund Policy

IndianSoftwares (Mindware Infotech, New Delhi) is the seller of every domain, hosting, email, SSL and server product on this website. Your contract, invoice and support relationship are with IndianSoftwares.

All purchases are final. IndianSoftwares does not offer a money-back guarantee, and no refund is given on any domain registration, transfer or renewal, shared, WordPress, reseller or Windows hosting, VPS or dedicated server, business email, SSL certificate, add-on or technical support service — whether new or a renewal, and whether or not the service has been used.

Please read the plan details, renewal price and server location before you order, and ask our sales team if you are unsure which product fits.

You can switch off auto-renew or cancel a service from your account at any time. The service stays active until the end of the term already paid for, and no part of the fee is refunded for unused time.

If we are unable to deliver an order at all — for example the registry rejects a domain registration, or a payment is debited but no order is created — the amount charged for that item is returned to the original payment method, or credited to your account on request.

Nothing is refunded where a service is suspended or terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Raising a chargeback for a delivered service may lead to suspension of the account.
